We are looking for a Test Engineer to join our team. Reporting to the test engineering lead, the test engineer designs and executes tests, analyzes and presents the data for balance of plant, fuel cell stack and complete powertrain system

Position Responsibilities:

  • Conceive and write test procedures to target specific failures modes
  • Execute component, assembly, sub-scale, full-scale, module, and balance of plant testing
  • Document and present testing results to the engineering team
  • Support and execute failure analysis at end of test, early failures, field returns
  • Participate in structured problem solving to support customer failures or supplier quality issues
  • Support integrated field units through regular data analysis of field issues
  • Ability to perform simple maintenance on test, facility equipment

Position Requirements: 

Experience with proton exchange membrane fuel cell testing and characterization

5 to 10 years’ experience as a test engineer

Mechanically inclined and a hands-on engineer

Required education:

Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering or Sciences
